These terms apply to the YJVPN website, user panel, and related subscription services. By accessing this site, creating an account, activating a plan, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the relevant services.
Service Content and Scope
YJVPN provides cross-border network acceleration and international route connectivity, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available for connection, route types, and client access points are based on the information shown on the website and user panel at the time.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages are used against the purchased allowance until depleted and never expire. A subscription grants only the right to use the service within its valid scope and does not transfer ownership of routes, software, domains, or other technical resources.
Carrier networks, exit routing, target website policies, and device environments in different regions may affect connection performance. Some target services may independently change their regional detection, login policies, or content availability; those rules are determined by the relevant service providers.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. You must protect your login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and plan actions performed through your account. You are responsible for risks caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials or saving them on an untrusted device.
The service supports simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices, but each account and subscription is intended for reasonable use by the account holder. You may not publicly disclose the account, share a subscription in bulk, resell routes, rent out access, or package the subscription as another paid service. Without YJVPN's express permission, you may not copy, distribute, or modify clients, or use this site's resources to create a resale channel.
You may not interfere with the website, user panel, route scheduling, or related infrastructure through automated requests, abnormal concurrency, malicious scanning, or other means. If you discover exposed credentials, unusual access, or unauthorized plan activity, promptly change your password and stop sharing the relevant information.
Compliance Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the target service is located, as well as the usage rules of target websites, applications, and content platforms. The service may not be used to infringe others' lawful rights, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, attack network systems, steal data, send malicious programs, or engage in other unlawful activities.
You are responsible for confirming that content you access, upload, download, or transmit has a lawful source and the necessary authorization. YJVPN does not participate in content transactions, account disputes, or intellectual property arrangements between you and third parties, and providing network connectivity does not give YJVPN control over your content.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
YJVPN maintains the service based on route status, carrier networks, and infrastructure conditions. Network connectivity may nevertheless be temporarily affected by maintenance, route adjustments, equipment failures, upstream network fluctuations, changes in target service policies, force majeure, or other factors outside reasonable control. You may switch regions or routes and view available access points through the user panel.
The coverage shown on this site describes the distribution of available routes. It does not mean that every location, carrier, or target service will perform identically at all times. Choose routes according to your actual needs and keep necessary local copies, backup connections, and access credentials for important activities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YJVPN is not responsible for the content, policies, account status, service interruptions, or regional availability changes of third-party websites. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that applicable law expressly prohibits from being excluded or limited.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account involves resale, public sharing, unlawful use, malicious system interference, evasion of normal billing procedures, or a serious violation of these terms, YJVPN may, according to the level of risk, restrict route access, suspend relevant functions, or terminate the account. Access may be limited during a review to verify unusual activity.
You may stop using the service. After account termination, expired subscriptions no longer provide route access. Transaction and security records that must be retained by law will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Termination does not affect lawful rights, obligations, or liabilities that arose before termination.
Changes and Refund Guidance
YJVPN may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or security management needs. The updated text will be published on this page and take effect according to the update time shown here. Important changes affecting user rights or obligations will be explained through the website or user panel. Continuing to use the service after an update means that you accept the updated terms.

These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the basic rules for using YJVPN. If different pages provide specific rules for the same matter, the specific rules on the relevant page take priority.
