Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how YJVPN handles data when providing its website, user panel, network acceleration, and subscription services. Data processing is limited to information needed for account management, route delivery, order verification, security, and service improvement.

Data We Collect and Why

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be read directly and are used for authentication. Usernames identify accounts, link subscription status, and support ticket handling.

Order records include the selected plan, transaction status, payment-channel identifier, and necessary reconciliation details. They are used to deliver services, verify payments, process refunds, and resolve transaction disputes. When subscription services are used, the system also processes traffic usage and plan validity to apply the relevant service rules.

When you visit the website or user panel, servers may process page addresses, request times, referring pages, browser type, device system, network address, and error information. This data supports security checks, troubleshooting, and aggregated usage statistics; it is not used to build personal profiles linked to browsing content.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Records

YJVPN follows a no-browsing-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, retain traffic content, queries, or data that could reconstruct specific browsing activity, or keep connection logs that link an account to a connection target. These browsing and target-connection logs therefore have no retention period.

To keep routes running, the system may briefly process diagnostic events such as error categories, client versions, traffic totals, and service status. Diagnostic information does not include browsing content or specific target addresses. After security checks, usage measurement, or troubleshooting is complete, it is deleted, overwritten, or converted into aggregated data that cannot identify individuals.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. Login tokens maintain authentication, while language and interface settings restore your choices on future visits.

Disabling necessary storage may prevent login sessions from being maintained, account features from opening properly, or language preferences from being retained. Clearing browser data removes related records stored on the current device, but does not automatically delete account or order information held on the server.

Third-Party Payment Processing

YJVPN supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment channel or network, which may collect information needed for payment accounts, transaction verification, and risk control under its own policies. That channel manages the relevant data independently, subject to its service terms and privacy rules.

YJVPN receives the transaction status, amount, channel identifier, and reconciliation result needed to complete an order. It does not directly obtain complete payment credentials held by the payment channel. If a refund, duplicate transaction, or payment-status issue occurs, necessary order details may be compared between YJVPN and the relevant channel.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account remains active. Analytics and diagnostic data are kept only as needed for security analysis, service maintenance, and aggregated reporting, then deleted or anonymized. Order and payment status information may be retained to meet legal obligations, reconcile finances, process refunds, or resolve disputes, and is deleted or anonymized once those requirements end.

You can use the Submit a ticket entry in the user panel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account verification is required before processing to prevent unauthorized action. Once a deletion request is completed, identifiable account data is removed; order information that must be retained by law is restricted in use and handled after the retention basis no longer applies.

Policy Updates and Your Choices

This policy may change as service features, data practices, or applicable requirements evolve. Updated versions will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated month at the top. Important changes involving data use or user rights will be explained through the website or user panel.

You can manage Cookies and local storage in your browser or submit privacy-related requests through a ticket. Stopping use of the service does not automatically delete records that must be retained for order reconciliation or dispute handling. To close an account and process related data, submit a clear deletion request.
